QuoteFOR EXAMPLE: I offer this to my customers now:Packs of cigarettes - Mix and match any 10 packs of cigarettes and I'll send you 5% of your coins back AFTER finalization.Packs of cigarettes - Mix and match any 20 packs of cigarettes and I'll send you 10% of your coins back AFTER finalization.Admirable that you're trying to find a manual solution to the problem, but how do you deal with the fluctuations in currency so you don't give too much or little?QuoteYou should allow me to add an item that will deduct 5% from their purchase or deduct 10% from their purchase. It will be like adding any other item (make it commission free) and they will be offered a discount at checkout. If I find a problem with their order ie: they ordered 9 packs instead of 10, I can cancel the discounted item or their order in its entirety. This is interesting in theory, I could see this in the realms of possibility. If a buyer buys more than X quantity of a specific product he automatically gets a vendor-assigned item to his basket which can't be removed unless he gets under a specific quantity of the product. The "item" could either be a discount based on either a fixed rate or percentage or for example a different set of Postage Options at checkout.QuoteCorrect me if i'm wrong, but is that not, What the "Gift Code" is for?Like i said, i may be wrong LOL :PHiya ChemdogSunrise :P The gift code concept is extremely outdated and doesn't serve much purpose any longer, it's disabled at the moment either way. If one were to attempt to use it assuming it would be active to begin with you can only provide a Gift Code in Bitcoin, so basically if I give a gift code of one Bitcoin today it could be worth 20 % more tomorrow. Also as far as I've understood it when it was active it created a code which the buyer had to activate manually at the checkout, not an ideal solution.----------The whole structure of Silk Road can't really be improved much with how it currently works, I've been thinking it could be possible to setup some kind of transitioning system if one were to attempt to radically improve the functionally but I'm beginning to suspect the underlying code didn't anticipate this kind of scope for the web site. Not to sound like a broken record but for some suggestions on how this could be solved take a look in my thread Upgraded Listing Options: http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=182090
